Shabani, na pelqeu ne apo nuk na pelqeu, e verteta eshte se Perandoria e Dushanit ishte realitet dhe ajo shtrihej nga Danubi e perfundonte ne gjirin e Korintit dhe ne detin Egje.
E sa i perket mendimit te profesoreve se po te mos ishte Perandoria Osmane shqiptaret nuk do te mundnin t’i rezistonin Perandorise se Dushanit, mund te them se nuk eshte e vertete kjo thenje sepse gjate kohes se Dushanit turqit osmane ende nuk kishin arritur ne trojet shqiptare.
