Ne Shkup ka kene nji komunitet i madh shqiptarsh katolik. Aty ka kene dioqeza katolike ku ipeshkev (kryetar) ka kene imzoz Pjeter Bogdani i famshem.

Po asht po ne Shkup ka kene edhe Kole Bojaxhiu, i cili pat formu edhe orkestren e shqiptarve katolik me vegla muzikore.
Banda e shqiptarëve të Shkupit e themeluar nga Kolë Bojaxhiu (1874-1919), babai i Nenë Terezës, pjesëmarrëse aktive në çlirimin e Shkupit, më 12 gusht 1912!
