Shoqata e regjistruar dhe jo-fitimprurëse „Shqiptaria“ kishte paralajmëruar në kohë dhe në mënyrë transparente se më 6 maj të këtij viti do të organizonte një maratonë kulturore 24-orëshe pranë përmendores qendrore të Gjergj Kastriotit në Prishtinë – një akt dinjitoz në nderim të heroit më të madh kombëtar dhe simbolit të rezistencës shqiptare kundër pushtuesve dhe sunduesve të kombit tonë dhe kundër imponuesve të feve të tyre të çoroditura.
Ky aktivitet nuk është vetëm një shfrytëzim legjitim i hapësirës publike, por edhe një shprehje e thellë kulturore, historike dhe identitare e shoqërisë civile shqiptare. Liria e tubimit dhe e shprehjes, siç garantohet nga Kushtetuta e Republikës së Kosovës dhe nga konventat ndërkombëtare të të drejtave të njeriut, mbrojnë pikërisht iniciativa të tilla.
Por në vend që t’i mbrojë këto të drejta themelore, shteti i Kosovës ka dështuar.
Bashkësia Islame e Kosovës (BIK), e njohur për devijimet e saj të përsëritura drejt qarqeve wahabiste-fundamentaliste, në një akt tërësisht manipulues ka vendosur të organizojë “festën e kulturës saudite” në të njëjtën kohë dhe pikërisht në të njëjtin vend – nën përmendoren e një njeriu që ka hyrë në histori pikërisht për rezistencën e tij ndaj dogmave të huaja fetare. Ky nuk është vetëm një sulm ndaj kulturës shqiptare, por një sulm ndaj vetë historisë.
Shteti jo vetëm që lejoi këtë provokim të qëllimshëm, por me heshtjen e tij e legjitimoi atë. Kështu, ai jo vetëm që e shkeli detyrën e tij kushtetuese, por tregoi se qarqe ideologjike anti-kulturore mund të uzurpojnë hapësira publike – në kurriz të shumicës së popullsisë që përfaqëson një Kosovë laike, demokratike dhe evropiane.
Po e përsëris edhe një herë për ata që nuk kanë mend në kokë, sy në tru, ujë në sy, krenari në karakter dhe ndërgjegje në zemër :
Shoqata e regjistruar dhe jofitimprurëse “Shqiptaria” e ka paralajmëruar prej kohësh se më 6 maj të këtij viti do ta organizojë një maratonë festive 24-orëshe nën monumentin e birit më të madh të kombit shqiptar të të gjitha kohërave – Gjergj Kastriotit – në zemër të Prishtinës. Një homazh i denjë, ashtu siç i ka hije.
Por sapo Bashkësia Islame e Kosovës – ose më saktë, strehëza e terroristëve vahabistë, selefistë dhe fundamentalistë mësoi për këtë, ajo papritmas vendosi që “festimet” e saj për kulturën saudite t’i zhvendosë pikërisht në të njëjtin vend.
Rastësi?
Vështirë të besohet.
Më tepër ngjan me një përpjekje të qëllimshme për ta provokuar një skandal nga më të ndyrët.
Me këtë provokim të pacipë, BIK-u ia dha edhe një herë “nderin” e duhur reputacionit të vet të rrënuar – dhe një goditje të fuqishme identitetit shtetëror laik të Kosovës.
Ia dha një goditje e cila nuk guxon të mbetet pa përgjigje.
Prandaj, ne kërkojmë:
1. Një ndjesë publike nga institucionet shtetërore ndaj shoqatës „Shqiptaria“;
2. Një hetim mbi procedurat e lejeve që çuan në përplasjen e qëllimshme të datave dhe vendit;
3. Një distancim të qartë politik dhe institucional nga ndikimet radikale e anti-kulturore në hapësirat publike;
4. Garanci ligjore që përmendoret e kulturës kombëtare të mos përdoren për aktivitete ideologjike të huaja.
Republika e Kosovës i përket qytetarëve të saj – jo agjenturave të një ideologjie të importuar.
Gjergj Kastrioti ishte, është dhe do të mbetet një simbol i lirisë shqiptare. Kush e uzurpon përmendoren e tij me ngjarje të huaja kulturore, nuk e sulmon vetëm një shoqatë – por zemrën e kujtesës sonë kolektive.
Me dinjitet. Me të drejtë. Për Shoqatën Shqiptaria – për Shqipërinë Etnike.

Der eingetragene und gemeinnützige Verein „Shqiptaria“ hatte rechtzeitig und transparent angekündigt, dass er am 6. Mai dieses Jahres einen 24-stündigen Kulturmarathon am zentralen Denkmal von Gjergj Kastrioti in Pristina organisieren werde – ein würdevoller Akt zu Ehren des größten Nationalhelden und Symbols des albanischen Widerstands gegen die Eroberer und Herrscher unseres Volkes sowie gegen die Aufzwinger ihrer verwirrten Religionen.
Diese Veranstaltung ist nicht nur eine legitime Nutzung des öffentlichen Raums, sondern auch ein tiefgreifender kultureller, historischer und identitätsstiftender Ausdruck der albanischen Zivilgesellschaft. Die Versammlungs- und Meinungsfreiheit, wie sie durch die Verfassung der Republik Kosovo und durch internationale Menschenrechtsabkommen garantiert wird, schützt genau solche Initiativen.
Doch statt diese grundlegenden Rechte zu verteidigen, hat der Staat Kosovo versagt.
Die Islamische Gemeinschaft Kosovos (BIK), bekannt für ihre wiederholten Abweichungen in wahhabitisch-fundamentalistische Kreise, hat in einem völlig manipulativen Akt beschlossen, zur gleichen Zeit und am exakt gleichen Ort das „Fest der saudischen Kultur“ zu organisieren – unter dem Denkmal eines Mannes, der gerade wegen seines Widerstandes gegen fremde religiöse Dogmen in die Geschichte eingegangen ist. Das ist nicht nur ein Angriff auf die albanische Kultur, sondern ein Angriff auf die Geschichte selbst.
Der Staat hat diesen gezielten Affront nicht nur zugelassen, sondern ihn durch sein Schweigen legitimiert. Damit hat er nicht nur seine verfassungsmäßige Pflicht verletzt, sondern auch gezeigt, dass ideologisch anti-kulturelle Kreise öffentliche Räume usurpieren können – auf Kosten der Mehrheit der Bevölkerung, die für ein säkulares, demokratisches und europäisches Kosovo steht.
Ich wiederhole es noch einmal für jene, die keinen Verstand im Kopf, keine Augen im Gehirn, kein Wasser in den Augen, keinen Stolz im Charakter und kein Gewissen im Herzen haben:
Der eingetragene und gemeinnützige Verein „Shqiptaria“ hat seit Langem angekündigt, am 6. Mai dieses Jahres einen 24-stündigen Festmarathon unter dem Denkmal des größten Sohnes der albanischen Nation aller Zeiten – Gjergj Kastrioti – im Herzen von Pristina zu organisieren. Eine würdige Hommage, wie es sich gehört.
Doch kaum hatte die Islamische Gemeinschaft Kosovos – oder besser gesagt: die Zufluchtstätte wahhabitischer, salafistischer und fundamentalistischer Terroristen – davon erfahren, beschloss sie plötzlich, ihre „Feierlichkeiten“ der saudischen Kultur genau an denselben Ort zu verlegen.
Zufall?
Kaum zu glauben !
Vielmehr scheint es ein bewusster Versuch zu sein, einen der schmutzigsten Skandale zu provozieren.
Mit dieser schamlosen Provokation hat die BIK ihrem ohnehin ruinierten Ruf erneut „Ehre“ erwiesen – und gleichzeitig einen schweren Schlag gegen die säkulare staatliche Identität Kosovos versetzt.
Einen Schlag, der nicht unbeantwortet bleiben darf.
Deshalb fordern wir:
1. Eine öffentliche Entschuldigung der staatlichen Institutionen gegenüber dem Verein „Shqiptaria“;
2. Eine Untersuchung der Genehmigungsverfahren, die zu der gezielten Terminkollision führten;
3. Eine klare politische und institutionelle Distanzierung von radikalen und anti-kulturellen Einflüssen im öffentlichen Raum;
4. Rechtliche Garantien, dass Denkmäler der nationalen Kultur nicht für fremde ideologische Aktivitäten missbraucht werden dürfen.
Die Republik Kosovo gehört ihren Bürgerinnen und Bürgern – nicht den Agenturen einer importierten Ideologie.
Gjergj Kastrioti war, ist und wird ein Symbol der albanischen Freiheit bleiben. Wer sein Denkmal mit fremdkulturellen Veranstaltungen usurpiert, greift nicht nur einen Verein an – sondern das Herz unseres kollektiven Gedächtnisses.
Mit Würde. Mit Recht.
Für den Verein Shqiptaria – für das Ethnische Albanien.

PUBLIC STATEMENT ON THE USURPATION OF THE GJERGJ KASTRIOTI MONUMENT BY THE ISLAMIC COMMUNITY OF KOSOVO

The registered and non-profit association “Shqiptaria” had announced in a timely and transparent manner that on May 6 of this year, it would organize a 24-hour cultural marathon at the central monument of Gjergj Kastrioti in Pristina – a dignified act in honor of the greatest national hero and the symbol of Albanian resistance against the occupiers and rulers of our nation, and against the enforcers of their distorted religions.
This activity is not merely a legitimate use of public space but also a profound cultural, historical, and identity-driven expression of Albanian civil society. The freedom of assembly and expression, as guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and international human rights conventions, specifically protects such initiatives.
Yet instead of defending these fundamental rights, the state of Kosovo has failed.
The Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK), known for its repeated deviations toward Wahhabi-fundamentalist circles, has, in a completely manipulative act, decided to organize a “Saudi culture festival” at the exact same time and place – beneath the monument of a man who entered history precisely for his resistance to foreign religious dogmas. This is not just an attack on Albanian culture – it is an attack on history itself.
The state not only allowed this deliberate provocation, but through its silence, legitimized it. In doing so, it not only violated its constitutional duty, but also showed that anti-cultural ideological circles can usurp public spaces – at the expense of the majority population that stands for a secular, democratic, and European Kosovo.
I repeat once more for those who lack reason in their heads, sight in their minds, tears in their eyes, pride in their character, and conscience in their hearts:
The registered and non-profit association “Shqiptaria” had long announced that on May 6 of this year, it would organize a 24-hour celebratory marathon beneath the monument of the greatest son of the Albanian nation of all time – Gjergj Kastrioti – in the heart of Pristina. A worthy homage, as it should be.
But as soon as the Islamic Community of Kosovo – or more precisely, the shelter of Wahhabi, Salafist, and fundamentalist terrorists – learned about this, it suddenly decided to move its “celebration” of Saudi culture precisely to the same location.
Coincidence?
Hard to believe.
It looks more like a deliberate attempt to provoke one of the filthiest scandals.
With this shameless provocation, the BIK has once again brought “honor” to its already ruined reputation – and dealt a heavy blow to the secular state identity of Kosovo.
A blow that must not go unanswered.
Therefore, we demand:
1. A public apology from the state institutions to the “Shqiptaria” association;
2. An investigation into the permit procedures that led to the deliberate overlap of date and location;
3. A clear political and institutional distancing from radical and anti-cultural influences in public spaces;
4. Legal guarantees that national cultural monuments will not be used for foreign ideological activities.
The Republic of Kosovo belongs to its citizens – not to agencies of an imported ideology.
Gjergj Kastrioti was, is, and will remain a symbol of Albanian freedom. Whoever usurps his monument with foreign cultural events is not only attacking an association – but the heart of our collective memory.
With dignity. With justice.
For the Association Shqiptaria – for Ethnic Albania.
