Dega e Lëvizjes së Deçanit në Mitrovicë përshëndet rezultatin përfundimtar të balotazhit, ku qytetarët e Mitrovicës e shprehën qartë vullnetin e tyre politik dhe qytetar në favor të kandidatit Faton Peci.
Ky rezultat dëshmon se qytetaria mitrovicase ka zgjedhur bashkimin përpara ndarjes, zhvillimin përpara interesave të ngushta dhe dinjitetin përpara politikës përçarëse.
Në emër të strukturave të Degës së Lëvizjes së Deçanit në Mitrovicë, si dhe në emrin tim personal, shpreh urimet më të sinqerta për këtë fitore, e cila simbolizon fitore të Mitrovicës së bashkuar dhe të vlerave qytetare që e afrojnë këtë qytet me standardet demokratike europiane.
Kjo fitore është dëshmi e qartë se Mitrovica nuk mund të mbahet peng nga e kaluara, por është e gatshme të ecë përpara – me bashkim shpirtëror, vizion zhvillimor dhe përgjegjësi publike ndaj çdo qytetari.
Urojmë që ky mandat të shënojë një etapë të re të punës së ndershme, bashkëpunimit institucional dhe përkushtimit ndaj qytetit që gjithnjë ka qenë dhe mbetet zemra e veriut shqiptar.

The Branch of the Movement of Deçan in Mitrovica warmly welcomes the final result of the mayoral runoff election, in which the citizens of Mitrovica have clearly expressed their political and civic will in favor of Mr. Faton Peci.
This outcome proves that the citizens of Mitrovica have chosen unity over division, development over narrow interests, and dignity over divisive politics.
On behalf of the structures of the Movement of Deçan in Mitrovica, and in my personal capacity, I extend my sincere congratulations for this victory, which symbolizes the triumph of a united Mitrovica and of civic values that bring this city closer to European democratic standards.
This victory is clear evidence that Mitrovica can no longer be held hostage by the past – it is ready to move forward with spiritual unity, developmental vision, and civic responsibility toward all its citizens.
We hope this new mandate will mark a new era of honest work, institutional cooperation, and dedication to the city that has always been – and will remain – the heart of the Albanian North.
Mitrovica has won itself – it has won unity!
