Ulqini është një kombinim fitues në lotarinë e natyrës, të cilin Zoti ilir ua dhuroi shqiptarëve për t’i kënaqur të gjitha shqisat e tyre njerëzore, ose më mirë të them, për t’i kënaqur trupat, mendjet, sytë, hundët, ndjenjat, zemrat dhe shpirtrat e tyre.
Për fat të keq ky qytet malazezëve iu dhurua nga Zoti islam.
Dhe si ia doli Zoti islam t’ua dhuronte Ulqinin malazezëve?
Ai në bashkëpunim me Zotin rus dhe serb fitoi besimin dhe dashurinë e shqiptarëve të krishterë.
Në fakt, shqiptarët e krishterë ia shitën shpirtin dhe bythën e tyre aq masivisht Zotit islam, saqë zemëruan thellë perënditë ilire, romake, latine dhe gjermane.
Ndaj pikërisht ato vendosën të hakmerren ndaj tyre dhe t’ua dhurojnë Ulqinin malazezëve.
Shpresoj se të paktën do të mbetet në pronësi të atyre malazezëve dhe shqiptarëve që mbështetën Milo Gjukanoviçin dhe synimin e tij të sinqertë për të krijuar një Mal të Zi shumëkombësh dhe evropian.
Shpresoj gjithashtu që të mos bjerë në duart e priftërinjve klero-fashistë të Dritan Abazoviqit, të cilët duan ta kthejnë Malin e Zi përsëri në zorrë të trashë të Serbisë.
Unë simpatizoj lidhjen tënde emocionale me Ulqinin dhe e di se ti nuk ke një shkop magjik për ta korrigjuar historinë tonë të gabuar.
Por unë pres që një njeri i zgjuar, i sigurt në vetvete, i pjekur, i kompletuar dhe patriot si ti, të paktën të përpiqet të mësojë nga vendimet e gabuara historike të paraardhësve të tij dhe të mos u japë elementëve klero-fashiste dhe terroriste të Bashkësisë Islame të Kosovës as më të voglën mundësi për ta kthyer partinë dhe Kosovën tënde të dashur në zorrën e trashë të Turqisë dhe vendeve arabe.
Siç e ke vënë re edhe vetë, unë gjithmonë të kam mbeshtetur dhe do të vazhdoj të të mbeshtes aty ku jam i bindur që po bën politikë të zgjuar dhe të drejtë.
Njëkohësisht të kam kritikuar dhe do të të kritikoj gjithmonë aty ku jam i bindur që nuk po bën politikë të zgjuar dhe të drejtë.
Sepse unë pres që njerëzit e kalibrit tënd intelektual të mos harrojnë kurrë nga vijnë dhe ku duan të shkojnë.
Dhe duke qenë se ne jemi një komb autokton me rrënjë ilire, si dhe pishtarë të qytetërimit perëndimor, që rastësisht ramë nën ndikimin e magjisë së zezë të orientit dhe ortodoksisë, unë jam i bindur plotësisht se ndikimi i tyre fatal në politikën, edukatën dhe kulturën tonë mund të zvogëlohet vetëm me ndihmën e njerëzve si ti, që kanë autoritet të madh në popull dhe që janë të zgjuar, të guximshëm, të sinqertë dhe të besueshëm.
Ose edhe më saktë, vetëm me ndihmën e njerëzve si ti ne mund ta zvogëlojmë ndikimin fatal të Bashkësive Fetare Islame dhe Ortodokse në politikën, edukatën dhe kulturën tonë, sepse ato vazhdojnë të udhëhiqen nga predikues dhe klerikë fetarë antishqiptarë, antievropianë dhe antiamerikanë.
E di që nuk do ta kem mbështetjen e atyre lexuesve që abuzojnë me të drejtën e tyre të garantuar ligjërisht për të qenë budallenj.
Akoma më saktë:
E di që nuk do ta kem mbështetjen e atyre lexuesve, të cilët me ndihmën e predikuesve dhe klerikëve fetarë ekstremistë dhe terroristë të komuniteteve fetare islame dhe ortodokse janë bërë jashtëzakonisht të rrezikshëm për kombin, shoqërinë dhe shtetin e tyre.
Për fat të mirë unë nuk jam politikan dhe karriera ime nuk varet nga gjuetia e votave të tyre të pista.
Megjithatë, unë jam i bindur se numri i shqiptarëve që i mbështesin është shumë më i vogël se sa duket në shikim të parë, prandaj as karriera jote politike nuk varet nga votat e tyre të pista dhe helmuese që mund ta kthejnë partinë dhe vendin tënd te dashur nga një det i kaltër, i pastër dhe i shkëlqyeshëm në një moçal helmues, të errët dhe të turbullt.
Ndaj ndjehu lirisht më i guximshëm se sa që je për momentin dhe detyroji ata agjentë të djallëzuar të shërbimeve sekrete armiqësore të kthehen urgjentisht në shpellën e nënës së djallit prej nga kanë ardhur.
Mund të jesh i sigurt se edhe idhulli yt politik Ukshin Hoti do ta jepte të njëjtën këshillë.

Ulcinj ist eine Gewinnkombination in der Lotterie, die der illyrische Gott den Albanern gab, um alle ihre menschlichen Sinne zu befriedigen, oder besser gesagt, um ihren Körper, Geist, Augen, Nasen, Gefühle, Herzen und ihre Seelen zu befriedigen.
Leider wurde diese Stadt vom islamischen Gott den Montenegrinern geschenkt.
Und wie schaffte es der islamische Gott, den Montenegrinern Ulcinj zu schenken?
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem russischen und serbischen Gott gewann er das Vertrauen und die Liebe der christlichen Albaner.

Aber ich erwarte von einem klugen, selbstbewussten, reifen, gebildeten und patriotischen Mann wie Du, dass er zumindest versucht, aus den falschen historischen Entscheidungen seiner Vorgänger zu lernen und den klerikal-faschistischen und terroristischen Elementen der Islamischen Gemeinschaft des Kosovo nicht einmal die Hauch eine Chance gibt, seine Partei und sein geliebtes Kosovo in den Dickdarm der Türkei und der arabischen Länder zu verwandeln.
Wie Du selbst gemerkt hast, habe ich Dich immer unterstützt und werde Dich auch weiterhin dort unterstützen, wo ich davon überzeugt bin, dass Du kluge und faire Politik betreibst.
Gleichzeitig habe ich Dich kritisiert und werde Dich immer dann kritisieren, wenn ich davon überzeugt bin, dass Du keine kluge und faire Politik betreibst.
Denn ich erwarte von Menschen deiner intellektuellen Kalibers, dass sie nie vergessen, woher sie kommen und wohin sie wollen.
